Special ops are typically carried out with limited numbers of highly trained personnel that are able to operate in all environments, utilize self-reliance, and easily adapt to overcome obstacles, by using unconventional combat skills and equipment to complete objectives.
Special Ops Boot Camp is just that, an hour long class that incorporates a team concept to motivate and push you to the next level of physical conditioning. By taking the physical exercises that the United States Marine Reconnaissance units and other Special Operation Professionals use and applying the body structure from martial arts, Special Ops Boot Camp has developed a safe intense workout for everyone.
